Way of storage
Store at room temperature in a dry, shady environment without dust and moisture, preferably in its packaging carton.
CAUTION: DO NOT BE EXPOSED TO THE SUN.
Time of storage
Under proper storage conditions: Up to 3 years.
Temperatures and time of use in contact with food
Conventional Ovens: Up to 220°C up to 2 hours
The information refers to the safe use of the material alone, and in no case to the shelf-life of the food, if it is different. In maintenance conditions – cooling to 4°C: Up to 2 months.
Freezers, Freezer: For separation and/or storage of food at temperatures from 0°C to -30°C to 12 months.
Wrapping – contact with dry food: Paper can remain in contact with dry food for at least 12 months at room temperature.
Precautions
Do not put the Baking Paper in direct contact with fire, electrical resistances and side walls of electrical appliances. Do not come into contact with incandescent objects (e.g. coals).
Safe Way of Use
When using in the oven or other baking appliances, it must be used for non-stick protection between utensils and food, with at least 80% of the paper surface covered. Uncovered and protruding free surfaces exposed to high temperatures, create PAPER COMBUSTION. For absolute safety it is necessary to use in a clean device without greasy residues. Fatty residues in domestic or professional ovens can cause a risk of ignition and/or burning of paper.
