Temperatures and time of use in contact with food
The information refers to the safe use of the material alone, and in no case to the shelf-life of the food, if it is different. In conditions of maintenance, cooling and freezing up to -40°C: No time limit of use. At temperature from 5°C to 20°C: Up to 30 days. At temperature from 21°C to 40°C: Up to 10 days. In boiling conditions: Up to 70°C up to 2 hours, up to 100°C up to 15 minutes.
CAUTION: Do not use in direct contact with cooking utensils in a heat state.

Food preservation is carried out only in the refrigerator. Used for wrapping all food, except: 100% pure animal fats and vegetable fats and oils. Food kept in oil, margarine, butter, fatty sauces, paste-based confectionery products on the surface, nuts in paste or cream form.
Precautions
Not used in conventional ovens and grills.
It is not used in microwave ovens in direct contact with food.
Caution: Do not use the film in a way and in places where it can melt on food, such as in conventional ovens or in pots and pans, on kitchen hobs, etc, gas and other sources of heat or fire.
Way of storage
Store at room temperature or below (+10°C), in a dry, shady environment without dust and moisture, preferably in its packaging carton.
